Overview

This Refund Policy explains how cheats.org reviews refund requests for digital products, subscriptions, licenses, and related services.

Because digital products can be delivered or accessed immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

When refunds may be considered

• Duplicate payments for the same product, account, and billing period.
• A payment was completed but the purchased digital access was not delivered after reasonable support review.
• A verified technical issue prevents access and cheats.org support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
• An accidental purchase is reported promptly before the product, license, subscription, or digital access has been used, redeemed, downloaded, or activated.

When refunds are usually not available

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to review product requirements, compatibility notes, duration, or status before purchase.
• Account bans, restrictions, enforcement actions, or other decisions made by third-party platforms, games, payment providers, or services.
• Service interruptions, product updates, detection status changes, maintenance, or compatibility changes unless cheats.org specifically offers a refund for the situation.
• Violation of the User Agreement, abuse, account sharing, resale, chargeback fraud, or attempts to bypass licensing or security controls.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request". Include the email address on the account, order or transaction ID, product name, purchase date, and a clear explanation of the issue.

We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase, investigate delivery or technical issues, and confirm whether the product has been used, activated, or accessed.

Processing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post the refund after we approve it.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting support may delay review and can result in account restrictions while the dispute is investigated.
