Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 2026
Overview
This policy explains what information cheats.org collects, why we collect it, how it is stored, and how users can request deletion.
Data we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, password credentials in protected form, account settings, authentication and verification status, and security settings such as multi-factor authentication preferences.
We collect service usage data such as store activity, selected products, subscription or license duration, product access events, download or delivery status, timestamps, balance and billing activity, support requests, error logs, device and browser information, and IP address information used for security and abuse prevention.
When you make a payment, payment details are processed by our payment provider. We receive payment status, transaction identifiers, purchased amount, invoice or receipt information, and related billing records. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Why we collect data
We use account data to create and protect your account, provide access to cheats.org, verify login attempts, manage security features, and communicate important service notices.
We use product and usage data to provide purchases, deliver digital access, calculate usage and balance, improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud or misuse, and maintain service performance.
We use billing data to process purchases, issue receipts, manage refunds, comply with accounting requirements, and respond to payment disputes.
How data is stored and protected
We store data in application databases, backups, logs, and trusted service provider systems needed to operate cheats.org. Access is limited to people and systems that need it to provide, secure, support, or administer the service.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as authenticated access, role-based permissions, transport security, monitoring, and limited operational access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Deletion requests
You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the email address connected to your account so we can verify and process the request.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law, for security investigations, payment records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or backup integrity. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
